- All rates are
based on double occupancy. Additional person add $25
each.
- Cancellation
of reservations require14 days prior to the reservation
date. Shorter notice will only be refunded if the
accommodation is rebooked. A $25 service fee plus one day
lodging applies to all
cancellations made less than 14 days from arrival.
- Cancellation
of reservations for more than one room and/or over a
holiday require 1 month notification in order for us to be
able to rebook the rooms. We reserve the right to charge your
CC for no shows.

Please be aware that we reserve the number of room nights
based on your request and do not overbook. Shortened stays
will be charged the number of room nights reserved unless
we can resell the room.

Payment is by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover

There will be a $10 service fee for splitting CC payments
among parties sharing the same room.
- Check-in time
is 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. except by special arrangement.
- Check-out time
is 11:00 a.m.
- All rooms are smoke
free rooms. Smoking is permitted outside on the
patios.
- We regret
there are no facilities for children under 12.
- We cannot
accommodate guest pets, although my resident Cockapoo,
Saffron, will be happy to fill in. She holds
court in the owners quarters only.
- Rates are
inclusive of lodging and breakfast. Breakfasts are offered family style
in the owner's quarters dining room, with a hot three course
plated breakfast.
- Specialty
breakfasts for honeymooners, anniversaries and birthdays, as
well as breakfasts-in-bed will be made available upon
request, with prior arrangements and at additional cost.
